1. Unboxing Requirement
  • Video Proof: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must record a video of the unboxing process. This video serves as proof in case the product is damaged or differs from what you ordered.
2. Returns & Exchanges
  • Eligible Conditions: If the product is damaged or different from what you ordered, you may return it within 3 days of receipt.
  • Product Review: Upon receiving the returned product, we will review it and either exchange it or, if an exchange is not possible, issue a refund.
3. Refund Process
  • Refund Timeframe: Eligible customers will receive their refund within 7 days of the product review.
  • Refund Condition: For a refund, the product must be intact, unopened, and returned within 24 hours of receipt. All components and packaging must be included.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. However, we may request an alternative payment option if necessary.
4. Non-Returnable Items
  • Digital Products: Digital items are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Authorization
  • Pre-Approval: Before returning any product, customers must contact us to receive return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. Packaging Requirements
  • Secure Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipment. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
8. Exceptions
  • Limited Return Window: Certain products, such as those on clearance or marked as "final sale," may have a limited return window or be ineligible for returns.
  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Resolution Process: In the event of any disputes regarding returns or refunds, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair solution for both parties.
